On the morning of December 12, 2016, our companys ERP project kickoff meeting was grandly held in the conference hall on the fourth floor of the companys office building. The general manager proposed the importance and necessity of Meiziles current introduction of IFS/ERP management system from the perspectives of enterprise development needs, internal communication needs, and production management, and mobilized everyone to actively cooperate and strengthen communication, striving to achieve informationization and standardization of company management.
Subsequently, the General Manager of IFS Software China Branch delivered an important speech. The IFS project manager provided a detailed introduction and elaboration on the significance and methods, implementation goals, and overall planning of the IFS/ERP system implementation, and highlighted various key points that need to be noted during the implementation process.
